Final manuscript Submission
Instructions for the Authors of Accepted papers
Authors are required to follow all the instructions listed under General and Required category for final submission of their manuscript to IEEE Xplore.
General instructions:
- Authors are required to remove header or footer (if there is any) in their Final Camera ready manuscript.
- Do not put any page numbers in the Camera ready manuscript.
- Remove the titles like (Prof., Dr., Mr., Ms., etc..) before the author name(s)
- Remove hyperlinks (if there is any) in the final version of the manuscripts
- Format the paper using IEEE standard template.
- In case you are using IEEE LaTeX template then use the following \documentclass code to change the Paper size from letter to A4:

Required instructions:
1) CAMERA READY/FINAL MANUSCRIPT (on or before To be updated..)
2) IEEE eCOPYRIGHT form via your Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit Account (on or before To be updated..)
3) eREGISTRATION form Duly completed (on or before To be updated..)
1. IEEE PDF eXpress Plus CAMERA READY SUBMISSION
STEP 1: Revise your paper(s) according to the reviewers' comments failing which it will be REJECTED.
STEP 2: Download the IEEE Camera Ready Template for ICIIP 2025.

The paper length should not exceed six (6) pages, IEEE two (2) column format. You need to modify your paper exactly as per the format requirements specified in the Camera Ready Format.
STEP 3: Use the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus link below to check the compatibility of Camera Ready paper is IEEE compliant. (MANDATORY)

STEP 4: Once your Camera Ready PDF passes the previous check....
Download the PDF file certified by IEEE PDF eXpress Plus and Upload the same on your Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit Account.
2. IEEE COPYRIGHT FORM SUBMISSION
STEP 1: ICIIP 2025 supports the submission of eCopyright form through your Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit failing which you will not be able to upload your final manuscript(s).
STEP 2: Kindly answer all questions asked during submission of eCopyright form.
3. eREGISTRATION PROCESS
At least one author must register on or before To be udpated.. to include the paper in the conference.
STEP 1: Before starting of eREGISTRATION you are required to have copy of following documents in your hand:
- Copy of Student ID card
- Copy of professional membership (IEEE, CSI)
- Copy of Bank transaction receipt / Screenshot of online payment done
