From a fresh computer science graduate to a leader in HR technology, my journey has been one of continuous growth and transformation. Starting as a Recruitment Executive at HCL Tech, I discovered my passion for the intersection of HR and technology.
Through dedication and hard work, I climbed the ranks, taking on increasingly challenging roles. At PeopleStrong, I found the perfect platform to blend my technical expertise with my HR passion, rising from Solution Architect to Senior Vice President of Product Management & Digital Transformation.
