Review process will be Double-blind. Each submitted paper will be assigned to three independent reviewers on the basis of their area of expertise. The papers will be evaluated for following criteria:

1. Originality of the research
2. Suitability of the topic for the Conference
3. Technical quality of the paper
4. Usage of proper methodology
5. State of the art research
6. Language clarity

A maximum of 5 papers will be assigned to a single reviewer, in general.  On the basis of received review reports, decision of “Acceptance” or “Rejection” will be done by TPC Chair(s), and Conference General Chair(s). In case, paper is rejected by one of the reviewer (without any technical reason) and accepted by other two, then such cases will be consulted with Advisory committee. All the review reports may be submitted to IEEE USA, if required. Authors of accepted papers have to submit revised papers including all reviewer’s comments and concerns within the given timeframe.
