The University is located 3 km from Waknaghat which is situated on the National Highway, NH-22, connecting Chandigarh-Kalka-Shimla. Nearest broad gauge station is Kalka. Waknaghat is about 90 kms from Chandigarh, 75 kms from Kalka and is very well connected with Bus/Pre-Paid Taxi services.
There are direct bus services from ISBT New Delhi to Shimla. One can have ordinary, semi deluxe or deluxe/ Volvo buses from New Delhi to Shimla and get down at Vaknaghat. It takes about 8-9hrs from New Delhi to Vaknaghat.
One can get online booking of buses of Himachal Roadways or Haryana Roadways.

Since Shimla is a tourist place, therefore, it is a advised to all the participants that they should book their tickets as early as posible to avoid summer rush.
