Travelling to Waknaghat

Convenient airports are Shimla (30 km), Chandigarh (100 km), IGI New Delhi (350 km) and Amritsar (300 km). All Buses from New Delhi (Kashmiri Gate ISBT), Chandigarh (ISBT, Sec 43), and other places to Shimla drop and pick up passengers from Waknaghat (3 Km away from Conference venue). Direct trains from New Delhi, Delhi, and other places are available upto Kalka (70 km), Chandigarh (100km.), and Ambala (140km). After that one can hire taxi or board a bus to Waknaghat, Shimla. One can also choose to travel by Kalka-Shimla Heritage Toy Train upto Kandaghat (12 km from Conference venue).
