Prof. Johan Debayle received his M.Sc., Ph.D. and Habilitation degrees in the field of image processing and analysis, in 2002, 2005 and 2012 respectively. Currently, he is a Full Professor at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne (MINES Saint-Etienne) in France, within the SPIN Center and the LGF Laboratory, UMR CNRS 5307, where he leads the PMDM Department interested in image analysis of granular media. In 2015, he was a Visiting Researcher for 3 months at the ITWM Fraunhofer / University of Kaisersleutern in Germany. In 2017 and 2019, he was invited as Guest Lecturer at the University Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He was also Invited Professor at the University of Puebla in Mexico in 2018, 2019 and 2020. He is the Head of the Master of Science in Mathematical Imaging and Spatial Pattern Analysis (MISPA) at MINES Saint-Etienne. He is Deputy Director of the GdR CNRS N°2021 MORPHEA.
His research interests include image processing and analysis, pattern recognition and stochastic geometry. He published more than 140 international papers in international journals and conference proceedings and served as Program committee member in several international conferences (IEEE ICIP, MICCAI, ICIAR…). He has been invited to give a keynote talk in several international conferences (SPIE ICMV, IEEE ISIVC, IEEE SETIT, SPIE-IS&T EI, SPIE DCS, CIMA, ICST, ICPRS…). He has been involved as Instructor and Visiting Lecturer with SPIE.
He is Associate Editor for 3 international journals: Pattern Analysis and Applications (Springer), Journal of Electronic Imaging (SPIE) and Image Analysis and Stereology (ISSIA).
He is the General Chair of the International Conferences ISIVC’2020 (International Symposium on Signal, Image, Video and Communications), ECSIA’2021 (European Conference on Stereology and Image Analysis) and ICPRS’2022 (International Conference on Pattern Recognition Systems).
He is a member of the International Society for Optics and Photonics (SPIE), International Society for Stereology and Image Analysis (ISSIA), International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR), Member of the Executive Board of AFRIF (IAPR France Section), Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Vice-President Membership for the IEEE France Section.

Prof. Sanjay Kumar Singh completed his B.Tech in Computer Engineering., M.Tech in Computer Applications and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering. Currently he is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT BHU, Varanasi. He is a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) from Novell Netware, USA and a Certified Novell Administrator (CNA) from Novell Netware, USA. His research areas include Biometrics, Computer Vision, Image & Video Processing, Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence. He has published over 100 national and international journal publications, book chapters and conference papers. He is also a Guest Editorial Board Member of Multimedia Application and Tools, Springer, International Journal of Information and Computer Security, Inderscience, and the EURASIP Journal of Image and Vision Processing (Springer). Currently, Prof. Singh has served as Guest editor, TPC member and reviewer for various conferences and reputed journals. Prof. Aparajita Ojha is a professor of Computer Science and Engineering at PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur since 2005, where she has also served as the Director of the Institute from Feb. 2009- Feb. 2015. With over 35 years of teaching and research experience, she has published over sixty research papers in various fields of mathematics and engineering including digital watermarking, video stabilization, machine learning, geometric modeling, path planning, finite element method, constructive approximation, and software maintainability.  She is presently working on two important projects to provide AI-based solutions for precision agriculture and industry 4.0. Prof. Ojha has delivered keynote lectures in various national and international conferences including her presidential address at the101st Indian Science Congress for the section ‘Information Science and Technology including Computer Science’. Prof. Ojha was awarded with Devang Mehta Business School Award for her outstanding contribution in education in the years 2013 and 2016. She is presently involved as the Chief Coordinator of Electronics and ICT Academy instituted by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to train college teachers and researchers on emerging areas of information technology and electronics.  She is on the Board of Directors of three power companies and she is also a member of the Senate of IIIT Nagpur and the Board of Governors of IIITDM Kurnool.

Dr. Abhinav Dhall is a Senior Lecturer at Monash University. He also holds an Assistant Professor (on leave) position at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. He received PhD from the Australian National University in 2014. Later, he pursued postdocs at the University of Waterloo and the University of Canberra. He was awarded the Best Doctoral Paper Award at ACM ICMR 2013, Best Student Paper Honourable mention at IEEE AFGR 2013 and Best Paper Nomination at IEEE ICME 2012. His research interests are in computer vision for Affective computing and Assistive Technology. He is a member of the IEEE and Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing.
