Registration Policy: At least one author for each accepted paper has to register for the Conference and present the paper in the conference for getting the paper to be published in conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

• ** IEEE members requesting 20% discount need to submit a copy of valid IEEE membership card. No discount is applicable on Listener category.
• * One student Registration will be eligible for ONE paper presentation by the same student author.
• * One Professional Registration will be eligible at the most for TWO paper presentations by the same professional author.

Note:

1. Registration charges include all conference material, coffee breaks and meals during the conference days.
2. Receipt of registration will be provided during the conference.
3. Author(s) seeking official letter to apply for CONFERENCE GRANT from professional bodies may send their request at iciip2017@gmail.com.
4. In case Author/Co-author(s) are failed to present their paper during the conference then no registration fee will be refunded.
5. Withdrawal of paper can be done at any time before its acceptance. Once the paper is accepted and acceptance mail has been sent to the authors then it can’t be withdrawn and the same will be published in local conference proceedings. However, these papers will be dropped from final IEEE Xplore proceedings. Authors willing to withdraw the same paper need to pay respective applicable registration fee.
6. Additional Instructions for Co-Authors:
   • In a paper with more than one author, at least one of the authors must pay full registration fee, while others can do registration under other categories.
   • Co-Author registration as per category can be availed only after one of the authors has successfully registered with full registration fee.
