About the Chair : Prof. Dr. Rajesh Siddavatam is currently working as IEEE Senior Member & Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & IT, Jaypee University of Information Technology.
Prior to that he has worked in the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS – Pilani ) for almost 10 years both in academics and administration. Earlier, he held the positions of Asst. Professor (2005-2008); Lecturer (2000-2004) in BITS Pilani.
Prof. Dr Siddavatam obtained his PhD degree from BITS-Pilani in the area of Computer Vision using Image Processing and Wavelets in the year 2006 and M.E. in Robotics from BITS-Pilani in1999. Dr. Rajesh Siddavatam is currently serving as reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Image Processing.
He has published around 50 papers in International Journals and Conferences of repute in the areas of Image Processing, Computer Vision and computer Graphics.
He has also served as Technical Program Committee member and reviewer for many IEEE International Conferences like IEEE ICUMT 2010, Moscow, Russia, IEEE TENCON 2009, Singapore, IEEE CICSyN 2010, Liverpool,UK., and EM2MTN, BITS- Pilani, 2007. He was invited as Session Chair in IEEE TENCON 2009 , Singapore Nov 23-26, Suntech City, Singapore.
Prof. Siddavatam has guided almost 80 undergraduate projects with top class MNC'S like Microsoft, TCS, Wipro, Satyam. He is Senior Member of IEEE and IAENG.
Prof. Dr. Siddavatam was the General Chair for 2011 First IEEE International Conference on Image Information Processing Nov 3-5, IEEE ICIIP -2011

About the Co-chair : Dr. P.K.Gupta is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & ICT, Jaypee University of Information Technology and has 12 years of extensive experience in IT industry and Academics in India and abroad.
He has successfully completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, Solan (H.P). He obtained his M.E. (Informatics & Computer Engineering, 2001) from Vladimir State University, Vladimir (Russia). He obtained his B.E. (Informatics & Computer Engineering, 1999) from Vladimir State University, Vladimir (Russia).
He is serving as a Life Member of Computer Society of India, Indian Science Congress Association and Member of Indian Society for Technical Education. He is also a part of IIT Bombay’s research team for “Spoken Tutorial Project” and working as a campus ambassador for this project at JUIT. This project is the initiative of the "Talk to a Teacher” project of the National Mission on Education through ICT, launched and funded by MHRD and Govt of India. He has organized over 30 workshops and 3 Faculty Development Programs (FDP) on PHP & MySQL, PYTHON, SciLAB, and LaTeX. His research areas are Software Testing, Green Computing and Storage Networks.
He has published around 20 research papers in peer reviewed Journals and Conferences of National and International repute. He has also served as a TPC member for various IEEE conferences like IEEE GCC 2011, IEEE ICEED 2012, IEEE APACE 2012, IEEE PECON 2012, IEEE SCORED 2012, and IEEE ISWTA 2012 etc.
