Deepak Gupta is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat (India). He has completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (Deemed to be University), Patiala (India). Prior to his foray into academia, he worked in IT industry for a decade performing different roles in software product development and program management. In academics, he has gained extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic administration over the past decade. In all, he has more than 22 years of rich experience in IT industry and academics. His research interests include big data analytics, cybersecurity, machine/deep learning, and programming languages.
