Akshay Kumar is currently working as Assistant Professor (Grade-1) in the Department of CSE & IT at Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. He has completed his M.Tech (CGPA-9.2) and B.Tech (CGPA-9.4) in Computer Science & Engineering from NIT Hamirpur H.P. He has experience in software industry as well as in teaching also. His interests in theoretical subjects include Data Structures, Object Oriented Programming (in C++) and Design, Operating System, Database Management System and many more. His areas of research include Computer vision, Digital Image Processing and Machine Learning.
