Naveen Jaglan (Member, IEEE) was born in 1989 and is working as JYC Faculty Incharge and Associate Professor at Jaypee University of Information Technology Waknaghat, Solan, HP, India. He received B.Tech. (Hons.), M.Tech. (Hons.) degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India, in 2009 and 2011, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in design and development of microstrip antennas integrated with EBG structures from the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, India, in 2017.
He has authored/co authored several research papers in refereed international journals and conferences. He has filed eight patents, of which two have been granted and six are published. His skill includes modelling of antenna and RF circuits with Ansys HFSS/CST Microwave Studio/ADS Momentum, measurements using vector network analyzer and anechoic chamber. His research interests include microwave communications, 5G antenna design, planar and conformal microstrip antennas including array mutual coupling, artificial materials (metamorphic, metamaterials), EBG, PBG, FSS, DGS, novel antennas, UWB antennas, MIMO systems, numerical methods in electromagnetic, composite right/left-handed (CRLH) transmissions, telecommunication security and high-k dielectrics.
He is a reviewer for several international journals of repute like IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters, IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, IEEE Open Journal of Antennas and Propagation, IEEE Access, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-II, IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, IEEE Internet of Things Journal etc. He is ranked in the world's top 2% scientists list by Stanford University, USA.
